1. Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes. Custom travel planning requires a non-refundable planning fee based on the scope and complexity of your trip. Your fee will be confirmed before the planning process begins.

Hotel-only reservations at our preferred partner properties do not require a planning fee.

2. Is there a minimum trip budget?

For custom international travel, we generally work with trip investments beginning at $10,000, excluding airfare. This allows us to work with the hotels, private transportation, experiences and trusted partners that best align with the level of travel we specialize in.

3. Can you book just a hotel?

Absolutely. If you already know where you're going and simply need help choosing or booking your hotel, we're happy to assist.

At many of our preferred partner properties, eligible reservations may receive additional amenities such as breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades or other benefits.

4. Can you book travel using points or miles?

We do not manage or book travel using points or miles. If you'd like to use points for a portion of your trip, you're welcome to arrange those reservations independently, and we'll plan around them when possible.

5. Do you book villas and vacation homes?

Yes. We work with trusted villa and vacation-home partners in destinations around the world to help ensure the quality of your stay. Availability, minimum stays and booking requirements vary by property.

Please note that we do not book accommodations through Airbnb.

6. Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes. We strongly recommend protecting your travel investment with travel insurance. We can provide information about available coverage options so you can determine what is right for your trip.

7. How far in advance should I start planning?

The earlier, the better - particularly for international travel, peak seasons, holidays and larger groups.

For most trips, we recommend reaching out at least six months in advance, and even earlier for highly sought-after destinations or travel during peak periods.
