  1. What is a travel advisor? 

As a travel advisor, we help to arrange and coordinate your travel from planning to departure – accommodations, transportation, activities, and more. Since we handle all the details, you can sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation without the worry of missing something important. 

2. Why should I use a travel advisor? 

Planning a vacation can be overwhelming and time-consuming. With so many options and reviews to sift through, it makes sense to turn to an expert for help! We have the knowledge and connections to enhance your trip with unique experiences and serve as your advocate if anything goes wrong!

We are affiliated with Jetset World Travel and Virtuoso, which gives you access to preferred partnerships with top hotel brands and travel providers worldwide. These partnerships ensure you receive the highest level of service, valuable perks and amenities, and VIP treatment throughout your travels.

3. How do travel advisors get paid? 

For hotels and flights, we’ll get you the best rates. Our commission comes directly from our partners (hotels + other travel providers on the back end), so you don’t pay anything extra! 

For more comprehensive itineraries including transportation, activities, and reservations, we do request a nominal fee to cover the time it takes to plan these services.

4. What if I’m just booking a simple hotel stay instead of a full itinerary? 

Even if you’re just booking a luxury hotel stay, we still add value! We can offer perks like complimentary breakfast, early check-in and late check-out, spa and resort credits, welcome gifts, and priority for upgrades if available.

5. Can I be involved in the travel planning process?

You can be as involved as you’d like! We cater to your needs and preferences. Whether you want us to handle all the details or have specific requests, we’ll book accordingly and ensure you have a great experience!


6. What is Virtuoso? 

We are part of a membership-based consortium that includes the top one percent of travel providers in the world, including travel agencies, independent and global hotel groups, cruise lines, tour operators, and more. Our membership grants us access to exclusive perks and resources to elevate your travel experience. 

7. Do you recommend trip insurance? 

Yes! You should always protect your travel investment.

8. How is booking with Simpatico different from booking with travel credit card rewards? 

Working with Simpatico means exclusive perks with top hotels and personalized service from our relationships with hotels and other travel suppliers. Unlike booking through a call center, we’ll develop a real relationship to create more personalized experiences for you!

9. Do you book with vacation rental companies, or just hotels? 

We can book villa and home rentals through our trusted partners to ensure the quality of your stay. Please note that we do not book accommodations through Airbnb. Additionally, we are unable to book hotels using points, as we act as the booking agent for your accommodations.

10. What does it mean to work with a “full-service” travel agency? 

As a full-service travel agency, we offer more than just hotel bookings. We can organize VIP transportation, connect you with top local tour guides, plan one-of-a-kind experiences, and suggest off-the-beaten-path destinations. Whatever your travel requirements may be, we’ve got you covered.
